Professional, timely, & PERFECT! Review by Erick

I am sort of a traditionalist, being so, I had reservations ordering a costly wedding ring set online. I would much rather see the set before paying for it. But given what I wanted, this was not possible. Thank goodness for Steven!

Rather than clicking to order my ring set, I sent an email. Steven was very professional throughout all our email exchanges. I described what I wanted and he said that he could do it. We even exchanged pictures of what the ring would look like. Throughout the ring creation process, he was sending me pictures of how the ring was looking. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Unlike the name brand jewelers, my ring was truly made for my woman! I cannot thank Steven anymore for the work that he created and the professionalism that he displayed! I wholeheartedly would come back to Steven again (doubt that will be the case though - well for an upgrade for certain!) and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

On a side note, payments via PayPal was seamless and very easy to do.
