 Returns & Replacements


When you purchase from SS JEWELS we want everyone to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 14 days (credit card charges will be subject to the fees charged to us for a return*) less shipping charges. This includes all items that are purchased from any of our web sites but does not include special orders. All Returns must have an RMA number. You must contact customer service before shipping anything back, packages without an RMA will be refused. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise, customer is responsible to mail item back to us insured for its full value.  Credit will be applied within 2 business days of recieiving it.

All items that have had custom work done to them  (ring sizings, chain shortening, engraving, etc.) will not be refundable.   Stock rings may be returnable if they were sized to a ring size that are within normal finger sizes, but there will be a $30.00 sizing charge deducted from the purchase price even if there was no charge for sizing at the time of purchase



We only accept payments from PAYPAL with a confirmed address and will only ship to these address.   Paypal does accept credit cards so you may use them for purchases from us, buty only if processed through paypal, and to the verified address.
We reserve the right not to ship international orders to certain countries if we do not think the payment is from the cardholder, and be shipped to the correct address, or if there are postal restrictions to a country.
All of our Jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects.  We will replace any stone or repair any of our jewelry if it is determined that the damage was caused by the way the item was made.
We are not responsible for loss or damage from misuse, breakage, or neglect or normal wear.   If possible it is best to have your stones checked once a year to see that they are secure.

We do not warranty diamonds against breakage or loss after the sale, this is why we recommend insurance when purchasing.  We will be happy to supply you with a written appraisal after your purchase if you need one for insurance purposes.   There are plenty of ways to get your diamond insured at low costs. Jewelers Mutual offers a great policy or you can add it to your homeowners. For just a few dollars a month you can have full insurance. We do not include this with any purchase because we try to offer the lowest price on every diamond we sell. The reason the mall charges 3x more than us is so they can give you these extras. It will cost you much less by buying a diamond from us and insuring it yourself
